For a very long time I suffered from many of the symptoms mentioned here.

And one "happy" day I discovered relief through getting trained as a kinesiologist and hypnotherapist.

"Happy" - because I had got to a point in my life where I just couldn't bear so many things anymore.

Since then many things have changed for the better. I'm still human and still have my moments, but many of the tips (in the tip section) seriously saved many a disastrous moment.
