A meditation for the wood element
When the Wood element is out of balance, we tend to feel restless, irritable or angry.
Over time, this "disbalance" can result in an overstimulation of the nervous system, elevated cortisol levels which cause more stress and lead to the immune system being compromised.
When the Wood element is balanced, or in harmony, emotions expressed are kindness, forgiveness, patience, gratitude and self-expansion. Generally we will be able to express our personality instead of asserting ourselves.
